No Equipment Workout Routine

If you’re looking for a Home workout that you can do without any equipment then this is a great workout routine that will help you develop your strength, you just need to stay motivated and continue to exercise.

I’ve made a picture with the workout so you can share it or save it into your computer / phone because maybe you will need it whenever you run out of workout routines to do.This workout routine is a basic one that contains 7 bodyweight exercises that you can do whenever and wherever you want.

Primary muscles: Abdominals, Legs
Secondary muscles: Triceps, Chest
Level: This workout is for starters who just want to get a solid base before moving on to much harder exercises.
More details: You can rest about 30-40 seconds after each exercise and about 3-4 minutes between every cycle.If you want to increase the intensity, don’t rest between exercises or you can increase the number of cycles, that will work your endurance.

  • 30 seconds plank
  • 10 lunges
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 sit ups
  • 10 squats
  • 10 jack knives
  • 10 burpees
