Lazar Novovic Chest Workout Routine

Previously we got a great Abs Workout from the greatest Lazar Novovic and today we’re going to use another one of his workout routines.This time we will “destroy” our chest muscles and grow that clean and sharp look that all of us want.If this routine is too hard for you or you think it is too easy, you can always change the repetition numbers / pause between the sets in order to get it to your current fitness level.

Approximate workout time: 45 minutes

Difficulty: Advanced Strength – Adjustable for beginners

Focuses on: Strength

Muscles involved: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Routine information

Try to figure out if you can do all the sets without dropping any repetition / set and if you do, then the challenge is to do all of these without pause or minimum pause, if you can’t then you should try only 10 repetitions per set instead of 15 and see how is that going for you !

  • 15 Diamond Push Ups
  • 15 Regular Push Ups
  • 15 Large Push Ups / T Push Ups
  • 15 Spider Walk Push Ups
  • 15 Hindu Push Ups
  • 15 Explosive Push Ups
  • 7 Seconds Slow Motion Push Ups
  • 30 Seconds Full Plank Position
  • 15 Knee Raises
  • 15 Straight Leg Raises

Of course this is a hard workout but it is very effective even if you change the repetition numbers per exercise.Try to do at least 4-8 cycles of all these exercises and you will definitely feel the burn in your muscles, not only that but I can assure you this workout will be a challenge for all of you guys !
