Jean-Claude Camille François Van Varenberg was born on the 18th of October 1960 but we all know him as Jean-Claude Van Damme. Did you know that Brussels-born actor who has a net worth of $30 million? Maybe that is why he is called “The Muscles from Brussels”.
He’s not just an actor, he is also martial artist, screenwriter, film producer and director.
Since his childhood he was keen on Martial Arts and started Karate at the age of ten. He might practiced Shōtōkan Karate and Kickboxing for years but he even studied ballet for five years.

When he works out on his shoulders he works out on his upper arms and fore arms. He always works on his calves and abdominal s daily. He says ” If you are working on muscular part of your body you need protein. Fruit, vegetables, rice, bread combine with protein sources such as egg and soy products are on my daily diet.
